These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VoiceInvoice, a voice-to-invoice service operated by NeuralWave Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Ireland. By using VoiceInvoice, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
VoiceInvoice is a voice-to-invoice service that enables businesses and tradespeople to create and send professional invoices and quotes via WhatsApp voice notes. You send a voice message describing a completed job, and our AI generates a professional PDF invoice that is emailed to your client.
2. Eligibility
VoiceInvoice is designed for businesses and tradespeople, particularly those operating in Ireland. By using the service, you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years of age
- Operating a legitimate business or trade
- Authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business
3. Account
Your VoiceInvoice account is created via WhatsApp onboarding or the web onboarding form. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business details during setup
- Keeping your business information up to date
- All activity that occurs under your WhatsApp number
4. Billing
VoiceInvoice operates on a subscription model:
- Free trial: All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required
- Subscription plans: Starter (EUR 4.99/mo), Professional (EUR 14.99/mo), and Business (EUR 49.99/mo)
- Payment processing: All payments are handled securely by Stripe
- Billing cycle: Monthly, starting from the date you subscribe
- Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase
5. Acceptable Use
VoiceInvoice is intended for legitimate business invoicing only. You agree not to:
- Use the service for fraudulent or illegal invoicing
- Send invoices for goods or services not actually provided
- Use the service to harass, spam, or deceive recipients
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service
- Share your account access with unauthorised third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Invoice Accuracy
While VoiceInvoice uses AI to generate invoices from your voice notes, you are ultimately responsible for:
- Reviewing invoice previews before sending
- Ensuring all amounts, VAT rates, and details are correct
- Compliance with Irish Revenue requirements and tax obligations
VoiceInvoice is a tool to assist with invoicing, not a substitute for professional accounting advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- VoiceInvoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for errors in invoices that you approved and sent
- We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business arising from service interruptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You can request deletion of all your data by sending "delete my data" in WhatsApp
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.
9. Intellectual Property
All VoiceInvoice branding, software, and technology are owned by NeuralWave Ltd. Invoices generated by the service are your property. You retain all rights to your business data and invoice content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
