In Ireland, labour on construction and repair work is charged at 13.5% VAT, while materials and parts are charged at 23% VAT. VoiceInvoice automatically applies the correct VAT rate based on what you describe in your voice note. Just mention "labour" or "parts" and we handle the calculation for you.
Yes, absolutely. If you're not VAT registered, VoiceInvoice will generate invoices without VAT. You don't need to worry about VAT thresholds — just let us know during setup and we'll configure your account accordingly. You can update this setting any time.
Yes! Just start your voice note with "Quote for..." and VoiceInvoice will generate a professional quotation instead of an invoice. Quotes are numbered separately (QT-0001), marked as "Valid for 30 days", and can be easily converted to an invoice once the job is done.
Setup takes about 60 seconds. You can get started via WhatsApp by sending a message to our number, or through the web onboarding form. We'll ask for your business name, VAT number (if applicable), and email address. That's it — you're ready to invoice.
Yes! You can upload your business logo during setup and it will appear on all your invoices and quotes. Professional branding makes a great impression on clients and helps you stand out.
VoiceInvoice tracks the payment status of every invoice. You can see which are paid and which are overdue at a glance. AI-powered payment follow-up (coming soon) will automatically send polite WhatsApp reminders to clients with overdue invoices on your behalf.

No. VoiceInvoice works for tradespeople in Ireland, the UK, and worldwide. We support EUR, GBP, and other currencies. VAT rules are configured per country during setup. Irish and UK Revenue/HMRC compliance is built in.
No problem at all. After the AI shows you the invoice preview, you can make corrections by voice or text — just say "change the address to..." or "the amount should be 250". You can also resend a new voice note entirely. Nothing is sent to your client until you confirm.
